Megan enjoys working with people to establish fitness goals and offer support to achieve them. As a group fitness instructor and Head Field Hockey Coach at Middlebury Union High School, she is passionate about promoting an active and healthy lifestyle for people of all ages. She will work with her clients to establish the ideal training program for success and adapt those programs as clients progress over time. Megan enjoys being a part of the Middlebury Fitness community and will work hard to encourage members to practice a healthy and happy lifestyle through exercise.
